We enjoy highly decorated objects, but we also look for the simple and understated, and this pendant fits into thi category. A glass crystal sits within a cylindrical shell, the sides of which are decorated with Yemenite style elements. On its reverse are 2 marks – that of the maker, Ben Zion David, and a sterling mark. The pendant comes on an 18” silver snake chain.

The cap of the spice box, from which flies a flag, comes off to admit the spices. Three legs decorated with garnets support the container's body, which is in the Yemenite style. On the bottom side are a raised crown mark, and an engraved artist's signature and silver mark 95.
