A lobby card on heavy stock that advertises the 1975 play adapted by Leah Napolin and Isaac Bashevis Singer from Singer’s story Yentl. The lead in this production, which ran at the Eugene O’Neill Theater on 49th St., is the highly acclaimed Broadway actress Tovah Feldshuh, who was nominated for a Tony Award for her performance in this play and was to later appear, both on and off Broadway, in the one woman production Golda’s Balcony. A small tag with the names of three of the actors overlays the image, presumably since the original had all three as co-stars. There are minor dings to the 4 corners of the card and a few minor bruises, the most visible of which is at the bottom edge. Nonetheless the card looks stunning.
